(1) Student Service Health Fee was approved by The Regents for implementation Spring Quarter 1997. 

(2) Graduate students must purchase the Graduate Student Health Insurance Plan (GSHIP) unless they are able to prove comparable coverage under another insurance plan. The 1999-00 GSHIP Fee is approximately $423.00. 

(3) Students entering veterinary medicine in 1999-00, those who entered in 1998-99, those who entered in 1997-98, those who entered in 1996-97 will be assessed the Professional School Student Fee of $4,000. 

(4) Students entering Veterinary Medicine in 1999-00 will be assessed the Veterinary Medicine Course Materials Fee of $2,000.00 and those entering in1998-99 will be assessed the Veterinary Medicine Course Materials Fee of $1,000.00
