(1) The Student Services Health Fee was approved by The Regents for implementation Spring Quarter 1997.

(2) Graduate students must purchase the Graduate Student Health Insurance Plan (GSHIP) unless they are able to prove comparable coverage under another insurance plan. The 2000-01 GSHIP Fee is approximately $672.00
