[1] The Student Services Health Fee was approved by The Regents for implementation Spring Quarter 1997. 

[2] Graduate students must purchase the Graduate Student Health Insurance Plan (GSHIP) unless they are able to prove comparable coverage under another insurance plan. The 2001-02 GSHIP Fee is approximately $900. More information about GSHIP is available at http://healthcenter.ucdavis.edu/insurance.html.

[3] Students entering Veterinary Medicine in 2001-02, 2000-01, and 1999-00 will be assessed the Veterinary Medicine Course Materials Fee of $2,000.00 and those entering in 1998-99 will be assessed the Veterinary Medicine Course Materials Fee of $1,000.00
