[1] The Student Services Health Fee was approved by The Regents
for implementation Spring Quarter 1997.
[2] Graduate students must purchase the Graduate Student Health
Insurance Plan (GSHIP) unless they are able to prove comparable coverage under
another insurance plan. The 2002-03 GSHIP Fee is approximately $966.
