Environmental Document Review Process
UC Davis, through implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), endeavors to enhance public participation in the environmental planning process. UC Davis discloses to the public: descriptions of proposed projects, significant environmental effects of proposed activities, mitigation measures for environmental effects, and reasons for approval of projects with significant environmental effects. UC Davis encourages public participation through posting public notices, holding public scoping meetings and public hearings, receiving public comments, and responding to comments.

Review Environmental Documents for Campus Projects
Electronic documents available online include:
- Environmental documents for current campus projects, and
- Environmental documents used for tiering purposes (technical appendices for these documents are not available online).
Printed versions of UC Davis environmental documents are available for review during normal operating hours at:
- UC Davis Office of Resource Management and Planning, 376 Mrak Hall on the UC Davis campus;
- Reserves in Shields Library on the UC Davis campus (click HERE to download the call numbers of documents used for tiering purposes, click HERE to search for documents associated with current projects);
- Yolo County Public Library, 315 E. 14th Street, Davis; and
- Vacaville Public Library, 1020 Ulatis Drive, Vacaville.
